High Protein Microwave Brownie

Treat yourself to an easy to make and healthy brownie!

Ingredients  

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup nonfat plain or vanilla greek yogurt 
  • 1 tbs Stevia 
  • 3 tbs cocoa powder 
  • 1 scoop of your choice of protein powder 
  • 2 squares of dark chocolate bar (optional)

Directions 

  1.  Mix 1 large egg, nonfat vanilla greek yogurt, stevia, cocoa powder, protein powder and dark chocolate (optional) in a medium sized          bowl
  2. Pour into microwavable dish
  3. Microwave for 90 seconds
  4. Add toppings of your choice
