Treat yourself to a high protein low calorie cheesecake!
Ingredients
2 crushed graham crackers (for crust)
1 cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
1 tbs low calorie cream cheese
2 tbs zero sugar cheesecake flavored jello pudding powder
1 scoop of your choice of protein powder
Directions
Crush up graham crackers and evenly spread at the base of desired bowl
Drizzle a teaspoon of water over the graham crackers to set properly
Put bowl in fridge to cool
In a new bowl mix 1 cup of nonfat vanilla greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of low fat cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of cheesecake flavored jello pudding powder and 1 scoop of your desired protein powder
Mix ingredients thoroughly
Remove crust bowl from fridge and add cheesecake mixture on top
