High Protein Low Calorie Cheesecake

Treat yourself to a high protein low calorie cheesecake!

Ingredients  

  • 2 crushed graham crackers (for crust) 
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 tbs low calorie cream cheese
  • 2 tbs zero sugar cheesecake flavored jello pudding powder
  • 1 scoop of your choice of protein powder 

Directions 

  1. Crush up graham crackers and evenly spread at the base of desired bowl
  2. Drizzle a teaspoon of water over the graham crackers to set properly
  3. Put bowl in fridge to cool
  4. In a new bowl mix 1 cup of nonfat vanilla greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of low fat cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of cheesecake flavored         jello pudding powder and 1 scoop of your desired protein powder
  5. Mix ingredients thoroughly
  6. Remove crust bowl from fridge and add cheesecake mixture on top
  7. Spread evenly and add desired toppings
